We called Dominant Doors for a finicky garage door. Craig scheduled us for the following day and arrived 10 minutes early. He identified the problem and showed us how to troubleshoot and fix the door should it happen again. He then performed a safety check and identified a problem that over time, could have resulted in the garage door splitting, necessitating a new door. He added a support that fixed the issue. (A $45 fix that saved us the future cost of a new door). We highly recommend Craig!

Our garage door went completely wonky at 3 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon. Craig was on a call when I contacted him but told me he could be here at 6:30 . I called Dominant Door today to help with garage door. The door wouldn’t open or close. Told him what I had saw he said probly broke roller. In my head all I saw were dollar signs. Well he came out at time he said. Not only replaced the broken roller but all of them, did a safety check adjusted the spring an also reconnected the eye. Believe me he did not break the bank or mine either. He was prompt, very responsible an to the point. Also Very Resonible on the bill. If I need garage door repaired again or know of anyone I will be glad to give him a call. Thank you nice to know there are still honest an reliable people.

Craig answered the phone promptly on a weekend. We were preparing to leave on Monday, and the spring broke on our garage door leaving us unable to put our vehicle in while we were gone for over 2 weeks. He arrived promptly and worked very efficiently. We now have a 10 year warranty. Craig is very polite and informative, giving us all the information before he arrived. Highly recommend!

Had a minor problem with the garage door. Craig had it fixed in just a few minutes. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable..the perfect combination for a superior service!
I have a 19 year old garage door that finally popped a cable and rollers out of the frame. To make things worse I tried to fix it myself. Not a good idea. I removed one of the bolts on the bracket holding the lift cable and survived with no injuries. That’s when I called Craig at Dominate Doors! Craig checked the door very carefully and explained all the repairs and costs upfront. The door is now working like new. I am very satisfied.
Craig came out to our house on a holiday weekend in a very short time after our call, got our dysfunctional door to close and had a new one installed a couple days later, much better quality door than our 35 year old. The wife is Looking forward to a matching second door on the back of our garage

Out of the blue, my garage door completely got destroyed. I did a quick internet search and found Dominant Door Service. Craig was in my house within an hour. He secured the door so that no one could open it, and within a week, he came back and replaced it when he said he was going to do it. I highly recommend his professional services. Our garage door broke on a Friday morning and he came the same day to make sure our house was secure for the weekend. After repairing it, the door worked even better than before it was damaged! When my garage door came off its tracks and bent the top rails, I called a top-rated door company and set up an appointment. On a whim, I called up Dominant Doors to see about getting a second quote. After a seven minute phone conversation with the owner Craig, I promptly cancelled my prior appointment. I could tell he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about his line of work. I did not regret my decision to go with him. His pricing was fair, he left the garage door in far better condition than how he found it, and even installed a garage door motor I'd already purchased and was planning on installing myself. Everything went absolutely flawlessly and I honestly cannot think of a single negative from my experience. What fantastic service and expertise! I absolutely had to have my garage door fixed now, and Craig made it happen, even though he had just installed six garage doors that day! I can't recommend Dominant Door Service highly enough. They arrived shortly after I called and quickly and professionally analyzed the problem with my broken garage door. After providing me with the various options, I opted to replace the almost 30 year old door with an new one that had to be special ordered. The day after the new door arrived Dominant efficiently and professionally installed it, reattaching my garage door opener and hauling the old door away. Called Craig the Saturday after the July 4th flood and he came right out and fixed the minor problem at no charge. However, I asked him if he could replace the garage door opener because the old one is on its last legs at 20+years. He installed new Liftmaster opener on slightly over an hour and it works great. Craig is awesome and very service oriented. The new opener was completely installed at a fair price!
Reliable, professional, on bid, really rare to find in this area. I had an emergency situation. I scheduled to repair everything on my time line and with reasonable assistance everything was beyond what I could’ve asked for and my garage door is quite for the first time in eight years.

I called Dominant Door Services at 7:30 a.m. and he arrived very soon after I called him. He replaced the broken spring and put two springs where we just had one and he replaced the worn bearings and put new cables all in about an hour. The door works great now and is quieter. Very professional and we are very satisfied,

I had a manual open garage door that he installed a sweet fancy new side mount opener that has Wi-Fi connectivity and a bright wireless LED garage light connected. So nice not having to manually roll this big door up and down anymore.

Craig really tries to stay in touch to let you know when he will be arriving, even if he has to run a little behind. Lifetime warranty on my garage door repairs helps me sleep better. I needed emergency work done on my dad's garage door since it would not go up or down. I called Craig at Dominant Door Services and he rearranged his schedule to come look at the door. He let us know that the previous door company did not put in the correct springs and the the rollers should have been replaced since they were frozen and would not turn. He again arranged his schedule for the next day to get the door done correctly. He talked us through what he was doing explaining everything.
